Best trip in my 50 years of life

I wanted to have a memorable trip for my 50th birthday and I chose Unravel World Travel to organize it for me. I knew Teo from an year ago when he planned my 49th birthday in a luxurious resort in Dominican Republic. I could have not chosen a better travel agency and a better travel agent! This time, as well, Teo organized everything for me to the last detail. Given the fact it was a month long trip, in 6 different countries, out of which 4 were in Asia where I have never been before, I was a little nervous, especially that I traveled alone and I did not know what to expect. Teo planned everything for me, according to my wish and requests, and all turned out to be the best trip in my 50 years of life. He made sure that every single phase of the trip was set properly, and he did not let any detail fall through the cracks! Over 33 days I travelled to Taiwan, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Istanbul and Romania. Teo organized for me private tours which offered me amazing and memorable experiences. His attention to detail made my 1 month trip unfold flawlessly. We could even communicate a few times while I was away, to clarify some little issues created by an Asian travel agency in Thailand. Teo took the time to contact the company and got back to me on a timely manner, with the necessary details. The 12 hours time zone difference did not hold him back. The highlight of the trip was my birthday in Ubud-Bali, when Teo arranged with the resort an amazing surprise, and my hotel room was decorated with 50 golden and black baloons and exotic flowers on the bed, champaigne and a birthday card. Words are not enough to express how happy I was when I saw how beautiful and unique surprise I got from Unravel World Travel on that special day for me! In a nutshell, this trip was indeed a success due to an excellent organization at high standards! Thank you Teo, thank you Unravel World Travel! I am now your customer for life! 🤩🤩🤩

Our Italy trip/ My proposal

Wonderful surprise for our anniversary

Compliments to Teodor for booking us a wonderful trip to Mexico to celebrate 33 years of marriage. He surprised us by having told the resort to give us an amenity kit and put a "happy anniversary" sign on our door. He had recommended us this resort based on our dietary needs. We told him we were vegetarians and he recommended us the Catalonia Royal Tulum, where he had been and knew they have a vegetarian restaurant exclusive to Privilege Club guests. Upgrading to Privilege Club had its perks and we're grateful to Teodor for recommending us this resort. Teodor truly has great experience with the destinations of the world, and remembers his clientele really well. We wouldn't book our trips anywhere else.

Above and Beyond

When you are responsible for minors, the last thing you want to happen is an incident when they are far away! When the COVID-19 surfaced, we got right on top of the situation and requested that our Canadian students return home. Teodor took the time to call Air Canada and to remain on hold for countless hours, to ensure our students got back home safely. Teodor re-arranged all their flights and they had no issues leaving the country. We are very happy to say that to this day none of our students contracted the virus during their exchange. Pura Vida In Costa Rica

We had a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica. We are used to going to either Mexico or Dominican, so we told Teodor we wanted to try something different this time. As usual, he recommended us the perfect resort. It was Riu Palace Costa Rica. Beautiful resort with endless activity options, especially since we had exchange privileges with the Riu Guanacastle next door. We helped a local community, and also did a tour to Nicaragua. And more - we went to the Plaza Premium Lounge at YYZ which was a great way to start our trip - also recommended by Teodor. Up to now we thought we have to be flying business class to use those lounges. What better way to start our trip than a good meal and glass of wine rather than the garbage food on planes. I cannot  thank Teodor enough for recommending us this wonderful resort, as well as the lounge! We love his personalized service and expertise!

Riviera Maya 2017

My husband and I were dying to escape the cold winters. We were having a hard time choosing the resort, as I have lots of preferences. Teodor found us the perfect resort – the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. It is located in a complex of 3 resorts – Bahia Principe Coba, and Bahia Principe Akumal. We had full access to the Tulum and the Coba. We liked the beach at the Tulum the best (the one we were at). The beach was beautiful, and the food – we had LOTS of a la carte options, considering we could use them at both resorts! We can’t wait to do the same next winter – have the feeling of getting on the plane at -10 degrees with winter clothes, and step off at +30. It was a bit of a drive from the airport, but that was great as Tulum and Xcaret were pretty much next door. What an experience – we didn’t know there was so much to do in the Mayan Riviera, and beautiful places. All we can think is we want to come here for 2 weeks next time!

Costa Fascinosa Mediterranean Cruise

This was my second time booking with Teodor, and as usual, he gave outstanding 5-star service. This time we were thinking about a cruise, and Teodor gave us several options. In the end, we ended up having a total of 9 people, who all wanted to do a Mediterranean Cruise. Teodor found us a cruise unlike any other. Anyone can do an itinerary to the top cities in the Mediterranean, whether it be a cruise or rent a car. Teodor got us a cruise that took us to mostly hidden places: the itinerary was Civitavecchia-Palermo-Malta-Palma de Mallorca-Barcelona-Savona-Civitavecchia. We sailed on the Costa Fascinosa, and loved the Italian atmosphere on board. The restaurants, especially the formal one, were amazing. The meals were beyond what we expected, and they would have staff performing dance shows in the restaurant to keep everyone entertained. The shows in the evening were amazing. We enjoyed having rooms next to each other, all of them oceanview so we could see where we were. If I had one word to describe this cruise, that would be perfect. The shore excursions were great. In Palermo we just caught the hop-on hop-off bus. In Malta we did a tour across the country to a beach. Coming back, the tour made lots of photo stops at some beautiful landscapes, one time we felt like we were in Santorini. In Barcelona, we did a tour to the Sagrada Familia and the Casa Battlo. It was great to have priority access over the long line-ups at these worldwide popular attractions, as that gave us time to walk around a bit after the tour. And in Savona, we split up: some of our friends did Monaco, others did Nice, but we did a tour to Positano. I would call Positano “an alternative paradise” – it does feel like paradise, yet it’s different. And the drive there through the mountains was breathtaking. As usual, we would recommend Teodor for anything. We were going to stay in Rome after the cruise, however, he recommended us to do a pre-cruise there in case of any flight delays. And he was right – the flight was 7 hours late! He basically saved us from missing the ship, especially since Civitavecchia is a bit of a drive from Rome! Grand Bahia Principe Cayacoa

We had a great time at this resort. Teodor was really helpful with the booking process and even gave us seats together. The resort was great, its located on a big hill overlooking the bay. You can easily get to the beach using a mini-car, elevator or stairs. The beach was not too big and not white sand, but it was ok with us. The food was great, and we loved the room. At the end, check-out time was 12:00 but our transfer bus was at 5:00. They let us stay until 3:00 at no charge. We would strongly recommend this resort, and Teodor as the #1 agent to book with.

Punta Cana - Majestic Mirage Resort

We had a wonderful time in Punta Cana at the Majestic Mirage resort.. Our one bedroom suite was huge and beautiful!. The service at this resort was amazing, not sure if it was because it was so empty?.. but regardless, the service was great. Generally when we travel to Punta Cana, the service is a little slow but we never complain since it′s a laid back country... However, this place was really fast service everywhere!. The only complaint that I have is that I wish I booked it for 10 days instead of 7..lol..

Riviera Maya - Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka An

Our vacation was very relaxing, and it was very warm - exactly what I like! The resort was a bit far from the beach, but shuttles run frequently. Sian Ka An is the adults only part of 5 hotels on the complex. Food was great, rooms, entertainment and the people were all great. Although we like being on a beach, it was interesting being in a jungle pretty much and hearing all those sounds but enjoying it in luxury with no bugs. Food was actually really great, we ate well and they had something for anyone, for example there was a healthy corner and everything we needed. Then the bar included drinks like Grey Goose and Johnny Walker. Snorkeling was good because the resort is right on a coral reef, but because of that, despite the width of beach, it′s a safe swim area. I prefer the coral not being cleaned out, but again doesn′t bother us. We didn′t use the spa or any other facilities, but everything was very well kept and clean. We saw some interesting animals like lemur raccoon. It was great! What we liked was, our bracelet had the ″Luxury″ name on it, so we could go to any of the 5 resorts in that area, while others had to stick to their own resort, so that was amazing and well worth the price paid! All hotels were close to each other, same as beach distance - less than 4 km away. Only thing we didn′t like was being at the back of the plane, but it′s not a problem. And our return airport ride came at 7 am and dropped us at the airport at 8:30 for a flight departing at noon. But in the end it′s the resort that matters, so we had an amazing vacation!

Samana - Grand Bahia Principe Cayacoa, Royal Service

We loved the resort. Nice property, nothing bad. The resort is on a hill, then you take the elevator to go to the beach. After you take the elevator down, there are small buildings, 3 floors each building - and those were our rooms since we upgraded to Royal Service - so our rooms were close to the beach unlike the others, which was great. There were 2 beaches, one of them was in front of our room, which had an ocean view. The water was nice and warm, and the resort is cleaned on a regular basis - if there is anything dirty, in maximum 20 minutes it will be cleaned! The food was good, but every day it was exactly the same. But much better than in Cuba. Upgrading to the Royal Service was well worth it - they have a lounge for Royal Service guests, there is a concierge and a room with computers for free wifi. Domestic drinks and house wine were included, and we had a welcome cocktail upon arrival. We have never seen a nicer room in the Domincian. The rooms aren′t as big. This room was big, new and modern furniture, new LG TV. And we had an ocean view, we were on 3rd floor. No comment on the room and service. The destination representative was very caring, not wanting just money, but rather to help you and develop a great relationship. And he is usually there most of the day, unlike other resorts where they′re only on property 1 day a week. The destination is safe. If you want to go downtown, there is a shuttle going there every hour. After sunrise, people work hard to maintain the property. We had towels in the room as part of Royal Service, and you could exchange them at anytime. Upon check out, we didn′t have the towels because we left them in the room and they said don′t worry - hassle free! As part of the service with Transat, check-in was done while on the bus from the airport to the hotel, which was amazing! By the time we arrived at the resort, keys and everything were in our hands, and we could skip the reception. Great vacation as always when booking with Inspiring World Voyages! Chicago - Toronto

I booked a flight for my friend, Mr. Gheorghiu, who was coming to perform in Toronto. Forget the internet, I was given numerous options with professional 5-star service. And on top of that, the agent assigned his seats upon booking, and upgraded him to extra legroom seats. I told the agent he doesn′t speak English, so the agent not only assigned his seats, but also checked him in for his flight and sent him the boarding passes. I had absolutely nothing to worry about - my travel agent took care of absolutely everything! The flight was on time, and he arrived in Toronto, and back home, all relaxed and fresh. I was used to booking online, but you changed everything! From the first phone call, I felt at home and that I could rely on Inspiring World Voyages to take care of everything for me. Great job, will definitely book all my trips with you in the future! I recommended you my daughter, who after booking a family to go to her wedding, said to me ″why didn′t you recommend him to me earlier so he could do my entire wedding? Niagara Falls - Marriott Gateway Hotel Overlooking the Falls

This was the best hotel in Niagara Falls we ever stayed in! It was our anniversary, and we had requested a high floor and a room with jacuzzi. Our room was overlooking the falls on the 15th floor and had a jacuzzi, therefore our requests were met! When we got to the room, they delivered a red wine (our favourite type of wine!) and a cake, along with a card saying Happy Anniversary! We were about to cry! The breakfast was included, and it was a full breakfast, which was amazing as not many hotels include it, and it was delicious! The dinner was delicious as well, best steak we have ever had! A bit expensive - for 2 people it was almost $100 after taxes but well worth the price! It was a truly amazing weekend and you did a great job making our anniversary special! There′s no way someone can have such an amazing anniversary by booking online!

Cruise on MSC Preziosa + post-cruise in Amalfi

Just got back from the trip of a lifetime! 1 week on the MSC Preziosa around the Mediterranean and a custom post-cruise package: 2 nights in Venice, 4 nights in Rome and a few days on the Italian Riviera around Naples. Antigua - Halcyon Cove By Rex Resort

I want to thank you for booking us at this resort, it was an excellent choice. The resort is fairly small, but understandable as we agreed to a 3-star, the beach was beautiful, the food was good and the management was always trying to organize great activities. Very clean and nice ambiance, colonial-style. Last night, for example, dinner was outside, at tables with candles, and music playing. The majority of guests are from the UK, ages 40-60. Not much young people. So for us, it was the perfect choice. And my husband wants to thank you for the seats you gave us on the plane - extra legroom and together, we didn’t have to worry to get to the airport early to get seats together.

Cancun - Valentin Imperial Maya Resort

Valentin resort was elegant and stylish... the room was awesome, bathroom was like a spa. We spent most of the evenings in Playa Espana were there was live music. The singers were very good and overall we danced and sang with them and had a very very good time... restaurants had very good food, especially the French and Italian restaurants. The beach was nice, wide, water was shallow. And thank you for assigning our seats on the plane! We met others from Toronto, and they did not get seats together because there were none left. We told them our travel agent did them for us and recommended you!

Flight + Hotel Package in London

My husband and I had a wonderful time in London. Up to now we had only seen the Big Ben, but this time we saw almost all of London. As weird as it may sound, we hadn′t even seen the London Bridge until this trip! But now we had a complete London experience, and even did a tour to Stonehenge! Varadero - Hotel Bella Costa

Our vacation was really good. The resort had a very nice beach, the weather was nice, no complaints. We did 2 tours and they were great. What we are thankful for is that you recommended Transat Holidays to us over Sunwing Vacations. We had met others from Toronto while at the resort, who had come with Sunwing. They told us that their rooms were smaller than a regular hotel room, smaller bathroom, smaller shower, no fridge or mini-bar, no balcony, and located over the restaurant and swimming pool, where it was noisy from the entertainment. We could not believe it, we thought that’s impossible! For us, as we were booked with Transat, and had found out that Transat had only villas allocated to them – our room (a villa) was very spacious, 2 TVs, big living area and you could see the ocean close by (not oceanview rooms, but good enough to relax looking at the ocean), and quiet area. You transformed our vacation from horrible to amazing for recommending us to pay a small difference and go with Transat!

Punta Cana - Caribe Club Princess Resort and Spa

We are back safe and sound. We all had a wonderful time at the Princess Caribe resort. This resort was fantastic for families. The staff were all very friendly. The resort was very clean and food was good as well. Lots of activities for everyone! The pool was very large and we all had fun at the pool. I usually like the ocean better but not this trip. I truly have nothing bad to say about this resort... it is a 4 star (not 5 star) and this is exactly what I expected from a 4 star resort. The VIP was definitely worth buying, we had 24 hour room service which we used a couple times for midnight snacks.

Cancun - Bellevue Beach Paradise Resort + flights to Miami

Cancun was amazing. Loved the place. The people are great and the resort was good too. Food was great! The workers were such lovely and nice people. We did an excursion to the caves – loved it! Punta Cana - Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort Casino and Aquagames

We just returned from our vacation in Punta Cana. The flights went great, we had seats together, and we had an amazing vacation. I could talk for hours, but to summarize it, the resort is very clean, not luxury, but renovated and well-kept constantly. The food was easy to find all day throughout the resort, sufficient and lots to choose from, especially in the evening. The weather was great, although 2 days it rained, but most of the time it was warm and sunny. We went on 2 different tours, they were good. The entertainment team was very good, we had games on the beach, aerobics, a well-kept gym, nice shows, as well as a club. The beach was clean, enough towels, beach chairs, as well as a nice swimming pool. The waterpark was super and not crowded. What I liked the most were the people, we talked to them a lot and they were really friendly and open, had a positive attitude and were working hard with a nice smile. We had so much to do that the vacation flew really fast, and we were sad to leave. My husband and I said we would definitely return to this resort! Sad that I didn’t inquire about 10 days.

Huatulco - Dreams Resort and Spa

We just returned from what we would call the best vacation ever! We don’t even know what to write, because everything, in one word, would be ″perfect″! The resort had a beautiful setting, it was a truly romantic paradise for us to celebrate our anniversary! The anniversary package you told me about worked well – they had a present in our room, and gave us a welcome cocktail. The beach was beautiful, entertainment was nice... everything was perfect! Only disadvantage was that it took 6 hours to get there (no flight delays or anything). One more hour and you reach Europe! But that didn’t bother us, you gave us seats together and we enjoyed the flight, as always.

Flight to Romania

We flew Toronto to Bucharest on Air France and KLM. The service on Air France was great, I don’t know why some people hate them. Between the two, we liked KLM more, they were friendlier and had a smile. What we liked is having our seats assigned by you. So far, we have been used to going to the airport and getting seats in the middle of the plane, because nothing else available. Inspiring World Voyages gave us seats together UPON BOOKING! That way, we went to the airport only 2 hours prior to departure, and our seats had been taken care of! For the first time, we had window seats together on all flights! That was amazing! We don’t know any other agency which will give you these services – we did business with another agency for 8 years and all they did was a ticket (same as online websites)! Inspiring World Voyages will do MUCH MORE than that!

Vacation at Riu Varadero in Varadero, Cuba

Overall it was an amazing experience. There is a huge difference between a 4-star and 5-star in Cuba. We have only been to a 4 or 4.5 star. We’re not too sensitive, but better to not wait in line. The food was much more diversified and sufficient, no need to go to a la carte! The buffet and grill had fantastic food, and line-ups were nothing compared to a 4-star. Even for drinks, they had international, local, tequila, everything you wanted. Last time we were in Cayo Coco, and we were at a 4-star – 4 types of food, very limited, and very long line-ups because there was almost nothing, hard for everyone to choose. At Riu Varadero, it was the opposite – line went very fast and there was a lot of variety. We tried booking an a la carte, but they were full – that didn’t affect us. There was so much to choose at the buffet that we simply didn’t need an a la carte. The beach in Varadero was different than what we were used to. Last time we were in Cayo Coco, it was a nice and long beach. But in Varadero, the beach is long and spacious, and with white sand. The beach looked like Punta Cana – we were not expecting that. There were enough beach chairs to accommodate everyone, and you could take your space on this spacious and beautiful beach. Entertainment was perfect. No one can beat them! The resort looked and felt brand new. We have had hotels where we found mould in the room – nothing like that here! Last but not least, the seats on the plane worked very well – we went to the airport relaxed, assured that we had seats together, and that’s what happened. Last time, we got to the airport 3 hours prior and didn’t get seats together, we were very disappointed. But now we know who to book our trips with!

Flight from Timisoara, Romania to Toronto

I have arrived in Toronto and would like to thank you for your assistance and services with this reservation. The seats you assigned me were excellent and I travelled very comfortably. Only hard part was the stopover in Munich, as I had a 40 minute stopover but my first flight had a 30 minute delay, so there were literally 10 minutes, but I made it!!! Our vacation was awesome. Air Transat - surprisingly good service. There were areas on the plane I found to be cold but other than that, we had sufficient leg room, pleasant ambiance, good food for free. Thank you for recommending Air Transat! Last time we flew Alitalia and it was poor service.
